All Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will make you aware via email.

  Shipment cost: £3.99 for 3 kg. Orders over 3kg shipping cost £4.99 (FREE UK MAINLAND SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER £50)

Damages

 

The Candy Garage Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact Parcel Force/Royal Mail Directly and email us to confirm this so that we can sort out a claim for you.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim and take photos detailing the damage upon arrival. If the parcel is extremely damaged then please decline the delivery and contact us via email at thecandygarage@hotmail.com immediately.
